Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Premium subscribers. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FLAVORYXA, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as feedback or preferences). By using FLAVORYXA, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit this content.
